I have a good reason, I SWEAR! XD;

I am currently in Nagoya, Japan as I am studying abroad here in Japan for one year. I arrived here at the end of March and i've been CRAZY busy ever since and have only been able to jump on the computer every once in a while, where I would only use to quickly check messages, call home and tell them that i'm alive, and maybe post a drawing here or there. My Japanese is slowly progressing (I came here barely knowing anything XD) and so i'm slowly adjusting to life under the red sun. <3

I sincerely apologize for the disappearing act and i'm going to try and keep this club active from here on out. But I will let you guys know in advance that i'm going to Tokyo for a month to visit a friend in August so i'll be gone for that chunk of time. XD;

ANYWAY, WITH THIS, I have a couple of announcements.

1. If you wish to send in fanart that you have done for celesse to this account to be posted, you may~! However, if I receive a lot of pictures, I may not be able to post them all. It would be a great idea to get fans works on here and hopefully show everyone's talents and well as the love we have for Celesse's art!

2. A summer contest IS happening, but I do not know what the prizes will be for this one. I may just give out subscriptions since Cel has been under a lot of pressure art wise. Unless... You guys want me to draw you something instead? Haha, let me know.

HOWEVER, this contest is going to be different! It's going to be a COMIC CONTEST! You can draw a small comic involving Celesse and her characters! I have to work out the kinks for it, but this should be starting pretty shortly!

3. If ANYONE has any suggestions for the club, please let me know! I love feedback~! <3

Secret Admin Pick - There were so many that I loved this year! So I have 3 to pick from (in no particular order)...

's entry (#15) was really mind blowing to me. I really loved her style, and from shading to outfit design, it was absolutely flawless. I loved the Sakura tree in the back as well (I can't draw trees, so I really envy that <3)

I picked 's entry (#28), because of the originality of the image. It was such a cute concept by making it into a comic of Frog's first day of school, and there was a lot of detail in the picture by adding a lot to the background to constantly keep you entertained!

And last (but not least!), 's entry (#33) was done amazingly. It was done completely in markers, and she shaded the entire image beautifully. I really love how she shaded the hair o.o! She also incorporated more than one of celesse 's characters to make the picture interesting!

Well, that is all everyone! I would like to make one small announcement for our next contest. I have decided to make a new rule that the 2 winners cannot join into the next contest so that it will be fair for everyone else. I'm sorry, but having the same winners as the last contest isn't really fair. I'm not sure when we are having the next contest, but it will be soon. ^^

Well, I hope everyone has had a wonderful summer! To get back into gear for school, I thought we should have a school related contest! *runs away from the thrown rocks for mentioning school* XD;

Contest Theme will be School Oriented
Media: Any type of media will be allowed
At least one character of celesse 's must be on the picture
No copied/traced/stolen works of others on your picture
ADDITION: The drawing must be in Jpeg format ONLY!
ADDITION: Please make the drawing under 1000 pixels for width and height. If the image is too big, it is hard to see.
You must be a member of the fan club to submit a picture!
